Freedoms Phoenix is a tool for liberty that continues to improve and expand in its scope and effectiveness. An essential part of that development is due directly to the involvement of my daughter Sierra Hancock. Without Sierra’s intelligence and work ethic it would have been impossible to have expanded the capacity of FreedomsPhoenix to the level it is now over the last 19 months. Sierra’s devotion to herself and her work as an Editor at FreedomsPhoenix, Producer of “Declare Your Independence” radio show and Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Magazine, since February 2010 has set a standard of professionalism that has infected us all. At 8 years of age Sierra was an important member of the crew for our family restaurant that we owned for over 5 years, and she homeschooled for her entire 6th grade year learning every aspect of the restaurant business while also working as an apprentice at the local animal hospital (it seems every 12 year old girl wants to be a Veterinarian). Sierra has spent the last month preparing for a life outside of the family businesses by training Gwen Strmic to take over her duties. Sierra has created the Manuals and Checklists needed to even have a chance of knowing all that she has been responsible for over the last year and a half. Tens of thousands are influenced by her efforts and enjoy her expertise everyday. Sierra has set the highest standards for journalism, and her contributions to the pursuit of the truth has been responsible for the frequent blushes of guilt by the faces of those in the highest positions of power on this planet,… and all at the age of 21. As my beautiful daughter, and youngest of four, moves on to enjoy her youth and use her skills to prosper in a world in such need of what she offers, the dominating thought in my mind is how grateful I am for her having been such an important part of something so appreciated by so many people,… and no one is more appreciative than her loving Father and Mother. This 4th Edition of the Freedoms Phoenix Digital Magazine focused on “Raising Generation Next”, and all that I can really add to the great articles presented is that the first ingredient in raising super additions to humanity is the desire to do so. It is my hope that the resources listed and the hyperlinks provided (just the product of some Search Engine inquiries and are not an endorsement, just a start) are of help in your search to fulfill your desire to raise a new generation of liberty loving human beings that will be a welcome addition to the Universe. Anyone that has spent any time with our family over the years knows that I love all of my children very much, but many often hear me say, “when I grow up, I want to be just like Sierra”. Sierra, thank you for making your Dad a better human being and providing your Mother and I with the peace of mind that you’ll survive what’s coming with a smile on your face that will infect everyone around you. Love, Mom and Dad
