OBAMA ACTIONS AT BUNDY RANCH ILLEGAL: STOCKMAN

After Reid declared Bundy supporters as Domestic Terrorists, Congressman Steve Stockman of Texas is now accusing President Obama of illegal actions in the wake of the standoff at the Bundy Ranch. He claims the use of federal forces was in violation of U.S.C. regulations. The rule in question states that in these case, the BLM secretary “shall offer a contract to appropriate local officials having law enforcement authority within their respective jurisdictions with the view of achieving maximum feasible reliance upon local law enforcement officials in enforcing such laws and regulations.”
