A Miami Beach homicide detective was taken into custody Saturday, accused of having sex in a police car with a runaway teen he invited to live in his home.

Oldy Ochoa Jr., 48, a twenty-year veteran with the force, is charged with two counts of sexual battery, according to the Sun Sentinel.

It's "a very sad day for our department," Miami Beach Police Chief Dan Oates said in a statement.....
