GOP, Congress, Bush to be served today for not upholding constitution

Written by Subject: ther3VOLution.org
The U.S. Government has abandoned
the Rule of Law as defined by the People
via the Constitution.

The numerous crises currently confronting our Republic are not the result of poor political policies.  These evils are the direct result of decades of violations of the U.S. Constitution by our servant Government.

In defiance of the natural Sovereignty of the People,
the Government has steadfastly, and repeatedly, ignored the Petitions of the People seeking Redress for these most egregious violations of their Fundamental Rights and cherished Freedoms.

The tide of history is upon us. Our Liberty may soon be forever lost unless the People rise quickly, peacefully and forcefully to restore Constitutional Order to the Republic.

Thankfully, our Founders left us a powerful, but little-known weapon in the Law to peacefully secure Redress without relying upon fixed elections, corrupted courts or resorting to the exercise of the Right of Revolution embodied by the Second Amendment.

The first amendment reads:
"Congress shall make no law ....to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

From The Journals of the Continental Congress, 1774 1:105-113:
“If money is wanted by Rulers
who have in any manner oppressed
the People,
they may retain it
until their grievances are redressed,
and thus peaceably procure relief,
without trusting to despised petitions
or disturbing the public tranquility.”

The Seven grievances being petitioned are as follows:

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
RELATING TO THE APPLICATION OF THE
ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES
IN HOSTILITIES IN IRAQ WITHOUT A
CONGRESSIONAL DECLARATION OF WAR

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF DIRECT,
UN-APPORTIONED TAXES ON THE LABOR OF
AMERICANS IN VIOLATION OF THE TAX CLAUSES

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
RELATING TO THE VIOLATIONS OF THE
CONSTITUTION ARISING FROM THE
USA PATRIOT ACT AND "WAR ON TERRORISM"

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
REGARDING THE GOVERNMENT’S
INFRINGEMENT UPON THE UNALIENABLE RIGHT
OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
RELATING TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM
AND THE VIOLATION OF THE MONEY CLAUSES

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
REGARDING THE FAILURE OF THE PRESIDENT
TO ENFORCE THE IMMIGRATION LAWS

PETITION FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES
REGARDING THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL CREATION
OF THE "NORTH AMERICAN UNION"

A response will be expected in 40 days in accordance to the Magna Carta:

  1215 - Magna Carta
“If we, our chief justice, our officials,
or any of our servants
offend in any respect against any man,
or transgress any of the articles of the peace
or of this security, and the offence is made known
to four of the said twenty-five barons,
they shall come to us - or in our absence
from the kingdom to the chief justice -
to declare it and claim immediate redress.

If we, or in our absence abroad the chief justice,
make no redress within forty days,
reckoning from the day on which the offence
was declared to us or to him,
the four barons shall refer the matter to the
rest of the twenty-five barons,
who may distrain upon and assail us
in every way possible
,
with the support of the whole community of the land,
by seizing our castles, lands, possessions,
or anything else saving only our own person
and those of the queen and our children,
until they have secured such redress
as they have determined upon.

Having secured the redress, they may then
resume their normal obedience to us.”

Section 61, Magna Carta (1215)

To read and sign the petitions go to:

1775 -- Thomas Jefferson:

“The privilege of giving
or withholding our money
is an important barrier against
the undue exertion of prerogative
which if left altogether without
 control may be exercised
to our great oppression; and
 all history shows how efficacious
its intercession for
redress of grievances
and establishment of rights,
and how improvident
would be the surrender
 of so powerful a mediator."

Thomas Jefferson: Reply to Lord  North,
 1775. Papers 1:225

1776 - Declaration
of Independence

“In every stage of these Oppressions
We have Petitioned for Redress
 in the most humble terms:
Our repeated Petitions have been
answered only by repeated injury.
A Prince whose character is thus marked
by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit
to be the ruler of a free people.”
