Attached is a very
important document by our Attorney Bill Risner with exhibits as backup to
serious statements in Bill’s letter to Attorney General of AZ Terry
Goddard.
The Pima County Democratic
Party’s Election Integrity Committee and AUDIT
AZ[1][1] in the course of
reviewing public documents and suing Pima County
for additional public documents that the County refused to release, discovered a
series of anomalies involving the Regional Transportation Authority bond and
sales tax election that took place in Pima County, Arizona in May, 2006. These anomalies taken
together suggest that the outcome of the election may have been fraudulently
altered.
There is no proof that the
RTA election was stolen. If the election was not stolen, however, it is
impossible to understand the incredible lengths to which governmental agencies
have gone to keep public records hidden and to deny a fair and open
investigation. It is tragic when elections in the United States
are less trustworthy than those in many third world countries. It is
also unacceptable, and inconsistent with the demands of our
constitution.
We have asked the Arizona
Attorney General, Terry Goddard, to perform a public hand count of RTA ballots
to determine whether the election was rigged. To date, Mr. Goddard’s office has
conspired with Pima County to avoid such action, but the attached letter from
Bill Risner to Mr. Goddard attempts to explain why this hand count is necessary
and why Mr. Goddard is the only person who can make it
happen.
It is our hope that you
will review the accompanying materials and provide Mr. Goddard with your opinion
about the need to safeguard our democracy by hand-counting the RTA ballots. It
is our further hope that Mr. Goddard will rise to the occasion and provide
Pima
County citizens with public
reassurance that our democracy is intact.
If Mr. Goddard fails to
take appropriate action to publicly assure citizens of the integrity of our
elections, we will hold him accountable for that
failure.
Best regards to all,

Dear Fellow Friends and
Activist:
We've heard nothing from
Terry Goddard which is standard form of communication from him. We want a
transparent investigation and more important an OPEN Public Recount of the RTA
and nothing less.
Truly the ball is in
Goddard court! Enough is enough after 3.5 years of exposing 3 different cases of
Election Fraud. (Precinct 324 in Pima County, LD 20 Maricopa Co case and now
Pima County Election Department RTA case.)
We’re pushing for a Sunday
night release to be front page Monday morning Brad
Blog.
Another
important bit of news!!
The EAC meets in Phoenix, Monday the 21st. http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6177 hoping to get the local hard core voters to go to meeting and send a message
with Jim March, others and I.
I will print and bring many
copies of Risner letter, also print and expose Maricopa Election and the
illegally use of software. Submit a damming report on Maricopa done by Jim
March, Michael Shelby and I. LINK TO FULL REPORT: http://www.bbvdocs.org/sequoia/Maricopa-County-Elections-Report.pdf (5,769 KB) BBV site and what Bev and others say about report: http://www.bbvforums.org/forums/messages/1954/73271.html
I have a new printer and
will print many reports for meeting to be passed out by all to the EAC. Let 's
show them that people in Arizona care and have had enough with faith
base voting.
Our Point and experience
is:
So Please read this on the
EAC from Brad Blog: http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6177 and
join us Monday. We're going after them with our 5 "C" Character, Credibility,
Capacity, Civility and Citizenship.
Please let me know if you
can come to EAC meeting at AUDITAZ@cox.net
Hope, Peace, and Democracy,
Auditor
