The residents of Mesa paid for a park they did NOT pay for a police training and interogation facility.
 
They were literraly in the park everyday harassing kids asking for their walking papers, setting up surveillance, running amuck on the park grass, illegally parking their 40 foot $500,000 uber duber homeland security spy headquarters on park grounds. This is NOT anti-cop this is pro-peace officer.
 
 
People go to parks to have fun, have picnics, ride their bikes, and play with their dogs. They don't go there to be harrased and asked for their walking papers from pirates.
