The Peoria,AZ City Council and many other local city councils feel its OK to blow their gerneral fund budgets which hold the public safety funds because they can just steal more by taxing you and claiming you don't care about crime or the police when you oppose it.

Furthermore they have two sets of books....It's a scam and it has to stop.
