When one is harmed by false accusations and in particular by law enforcement action arising therefrom, the offending party is responsible under the Commercial Code.

 One could create an affidavit of fact, serve it upon the company, and, if undisputed (they can't lie in their answers), it stands as fact. This then gives rise to a Remedy at Law... i.e. the offended party may create a financial obligation upon the offending party, perhaps their superior and/or company.

In short, you can make the farkin bastiges pay for their commercial crime against you.

When I got arrested in 2006 and van operator claimed I was pounding on the door and attempting to get in.  I only wish I had realized the power of having someone serupticiously set up and video tape the event then.   It would have been fun to put her on the stand and have her lie in the court room and then have her watch the video and show the court where I tried to get into the vehicle much less touched it.
