The Arizona legislature is looking at a bill wrote by the Scamera company Redflex.

They are throwing jobs and cash at law enforcement in an attempt to give them a stake in keeping the photo radar scam going. This is down right pathetic.

The bill attempts to take a "bill" (Notice of Violation) into a Arizona

Traffic Ticket and Complaint. I don't buy it.. but they are trying. Since only duly sworn officers can issue such a ticket, they are having to employ the police agencies throughout Arizona.

The problem is that the "bill" (similiar to your electric bill) is made up by the company and is NOT a traffic ticket and complaint. Its all smoke and mirrors folks.

The officer will be serving you a "bill" and "AFTER" service Redflex will them file a complaint? Huh? This makes no sense what so ever and this photo radar scam is starting to corrupt the whole judiciary and the executive branches.

Awesome video and completely insane perversion of 300+ years of jurisprudence to allow a private entity to actually BECOME the court. Imagine if I wanted to sue you, and served you with made up legal papers without first filing with a court. That's called FORGERY! But when Redflex does it, it points towards their real goal in this entire scheme: They want to become the court. Private, foreign-controlled courts on US soil. Xerox just bought photo radar and government contractor conglomerate ACS. ACS also provides the entire IT backend for the Arizona Supreme Court System. Xerox doesn't care about the automated ticketing, they care about AUTOMATING the court room--- with them in control. ATS is issuing "other" tickets on "behalf" of muni's in other states. Show up to the hearing, and it's an ATS guy who's the "hearing officer"! This is blatant fascism. Welcome to the Land of the Fee, Home of the Slaves.
