H. Res. 1553, the resolution "Expressing support for the State of Israel's right to defend Israeli sovereignty, to protect the lives and safety of the Israeli people, and to use all means necessary to confront and eliminate nuclear threats posed by the Islamic Republic of Iran" comes at a nice time: just around when AIPAC has it's annual hoedown in DC, the capital city of Israel.

 

It's little more than the usual gratuitous war hawking with a little added push: Billy Kristol and the gang are totally on board. The latest drive for war comes with interesting bipartisan support for the Obama administration.
