As much as Shelton would like to think the entire SPD is gunning for him the fact is its a large PD  He likes to harrass the South Scottsdale precinct. The few that know him have already learned what to do when he presents himself. This officer obviously has not heard of or encountered the infamous puke who named himself after a cough syrup. As a citizen his actions make me sick and I am no fan of cops. However I am less a fan of those who hide behind their conspiracy and contempt of everything and EVERYBODY. Of course his hypocrisy only goes so far. As much as he hates government it does not stop him from accepting free legal representation via court appointed lawyers. I of course did not mention the soliciting of money for his legal defenses on every web site that will allow it. That is an entirely different form of his hypocrisy. I hope one day to meet him in person. Unlike most he and his bully friends encounter I will not back down or be bullied. If you are wondering what I mean take some time to watch his videos. He certainly likes to run with a pack and attack those who are by themselves. That in my view rates him about as high as the dog shit on the bottom of my shoe. Be impressed or defend him if you want, that is your right. But as I mentioned before, beware of who you hold in high regard no matter what heroic act you see him performing.

Well, if it wasn't harassment, then what was it? If the officers on the scene knew about Shelton, they know that he is constantly filming. If they didn't know him... well, they shined that big light at him as they drove by. Are they so blind that they can't see a camera in that big light?

Was Shelton harming anyone as he was standing there? Was he robbing any houses? Was he murdering somebody? Was he raping someone? No! What was he doing? He was taking pictures with a camera, right? And the police knew it, didn't they? I mean, they shined that big light in his face. If they couldn't tell from that, what he was doing, they need to find a different job.

So, the officer comes over for a quick double-check. "Hi, Shelton. Is everything okay?" "I don't want to talk to you." "That's great! Could you please step back out of the street onto the sidewalk? Thanks. Have a good evening."

But the officer prodded him. The officer tried to force Shelton to engage him in conversation. The officer never showed any reason for engaging Shelton in conversation, except to say that FILMING COPS WAS SOMETHING THAT TERRORISTS DO. So, while he didn't call Shelton a terrorist directly, he called him one by inference. And Shelton never bad-mouthed the officer at all!

As for me personally, if I knew Shelton, I probably wouldn't like a lot of his style. I probably wouldn't be one of his close friends. He's a different kind of person than the ones I hang out with. But, so what? He's free, right? He is free to use his rights as he sees fit, right? And if attempting to hold police officers accountable is one of his rights, why do the police do more than a simple, "Hello! Good-bye!" when that is all the conversation that he wants with them?

Why pick on any criminal record that Shelton might have? He is out on the street. If he has a record, he has done his time. It's over. At least until he acts criminally again.

While most of us know nothing about his alleged record, we can all see how police are continually stepping beyond their Constitutional limitations. And everybody in Government is doing the same. This means that chances are that a good portion of Shelton's alleged criminal record was set in place because of Government not upholding due process law... even if Shelton was guilty for something.

Everyone should get out there and film the police, ALL THE TIME. It might push them back into obeying their oath of office. If it didn't, it would at least show where they are really at.
 

 i along with most people do not understand why it takes so many cops to handle situations that would appear could be handled with much less. gilbert cops are notorious for this. i also do not understand why 4409 feels the need to flat out lie about what happened here. i do not believe he just stumbled upon this scene. he eggs the cops on and especially scottsdale cops. why? because they are the ones who charged him for CRIMES that he committed. true crimes. not this petty "why are you harrassing me bullshit". i want people to be aware that before you belive in this fool do some research on him....

5. Training in the field. Field training. All the rookies need some of that.

Cops are NOT bad people. They are just people. But consider, why does it take a whole bunch of them to check out some old, homeless guy on a bicycle?

1. They don't have anything better to do;
2. They are so unorganized that a whole bunch of them answered the call before they could determine who was the closest;
3. They run in "packs" for self-protection; This would suggest that they have made some enemies; Are all the enemies bad people? Or have the cops treated so many people unfairly that they have gotten a bad rep among the people in general?
4. They knew ahead of time that Shelton might be behind this reverse sting operation; This means that they have his house bugged, or his friends are being watched; Don't they have anything better to do than harass people?
5. You suggest something.

 Oh this is all Shelton does. He also likes to record his conversations with any government offices he calls.... all to harrass people doing their jobs.... he has not been arrested for just this crap... he also has legit arrests... feel free to ask him about them or check out his arizona criminal history at the az legislative site... just type in his name and get ready to see what the real 4409 is all about.... and of course he takes it all out of context, exactly what all conspiracy cowards do.... the cop did not say he was a terrorist .... he educated dumbass Shelton on what tactics some terrorists have resorted to.... dont know about you but i did not hear the words "you are a terrorist".... he lives by lies, innuendo and half truths..... just what he accuses the government of doing.... there is a word for that....

You are suggesting that this was a sting operation in reverse? Well, it's about time somebody figured out a way to do it. Keep up the good work Shelton. Law enforcement might have vast reserves of funds for this sort of thing. But how much pride do they keep in reserve? I mean, how many cops does it take to pacify some old, homeless guy? Aren't we in a recession, or maybe a depression? Why are we paying these jokers who don't have anything to do except coffee and donuts, and stand around trying to decide what to do about old homeless guys on bicycles?

 so Jason Shelton aka 4409 just happened to be at the right place at the right time to film this? yea right..... i wonder how much the "homeless"guy got paid to "break" into this apartment. and just who was the "victim" of this "crime".... my guess is further investigation will reveal this was the residence of Shelton and the roomate who called it in. how was your stay at sheriff joes jail? sorry to see that your attempt to get others to cover your bind has FAILED!!! i think people are starting to get the picture about you Shelton.... you want to do this for a living.... and have suckers pay you....  i give you a nickel for making me laugh my ass off at you
