Official Observers representing the Maricopa County Libertarian Party 2012 General Election

Your vote was not counted it was brought to this church  & stored on election night.

After this Polling station closed the sealed ballots and machine tapes were then taken to a church about 2.5 miles away located at 20633 N 35th AVE, Phoenix, AZ. Not the MTEC Election facility located at 510 S. 3rd Ave Phoenix, AZ.I was told they would be picked up and transported to the MTEC building the next morning November 7th, 2012 to be tabulated. I believe there should be a hand count of Precinct 0382.

You got to ask yourself if the machine ballots were not counted on election night after polls closed along with the provisional & mail in ballots not being counted yet. Then what votes did they count? Remember the winners were announced within a few hours of the polls closing while your votes were sitting stored at a church not being counted.

Official Observer of Polling Place by the Libertarian Party 2012 election precinct 0103 and Precinct 0382.

While observing polling locations on November 6th, 2012 two of the locations I observed had some serious issues that could involve voter fraud  and or mistakes made by poll workers.

Poll place –precinct 0103 – located at 31st Ave & Cholla Street

We observed two female voters at separate times receive a normal paper ballot that is fed into the machine, but they did not have proper identification. The I.D. they provided had a name change with a new married name, while the register supposedly had the old maiden name. With no way to verify the maiden name because the voters provided no other I.D or documents to prove the maiden name. The poll inspector advised the other poll members to take the voters word, have them sign the registry and give them a ballot. These voters should have been given a provisional ballot. Not a paper ballot to be fed into the machine. The provisional ballot would have been checked against the machine to make sure the voter did not vote twice. This is a big problem because the poll inspector who is the one in charge of everything and all decisions is authorizing the poll workers to violate voter rights and ARIZONA State law ( ARS~ 16-571) Who knows how many other inspectors are making the same decisions. I do not think they were trained properly and for that reason I think there should be a hand count of all ballots cast for MARICOPA COUNTY.

Poll place – Precinct 0382 – Located at 43rd AVE. & Greenway RD.

We observed lots of confusion with poll workers getting signatures for the voter roster they were not getting signatures from some of the voters in line and the poll clerk official signature. During closing of the poll place the signatures for both voter and poll clerk rosters were counted (voter roster signatures 343, poll clerk roster signatures 354) Machine count (0334 plus misread ballots 17 Total 351).

s This is a big problem 351 votes were cast thru the machine and 343 voter’s signed the roster. Voters could be coming thru more than once to cast a vote by not signing the roster or 351 votes were cast and 354 voters signed the roster then voter’s ballots would not have been counted. The count is so far off there’s no way to know whether a voter voted more than once or a voter’s ballot was not counted. The sealed ballots and machine tapes were then taken to a church about 2.5 miles away located at 20633 N 35th AVE, Phoenix, AZ. Not the MTEC Election facility located at 510 S. 3rd Ave Phoenix, AZ.I was told they would be picked up and transported to the MTEC building the next morning November 7th, 2012 to be tabulated. I believe there should be a hand count of Precinct 0382.

On Nov 7th we were Present for the hand count draw on behalf of the Libertarian Party Chairman at the MCTEC Election Facility 510 s. 3rd Ave. We did not do a draw for all the races only PRESIDENT, STATE WIDE CANDIDATES (CORPORATION COMMISSIONER), STATEWIDE BALLOT MEASURE (PROP 117),
