Gun Control, an Argument for Gun Control

By Expatriate Patriot

Guns in the wrong hands are dangerous.  Guns should only be in the right hands.  Which hands are the right hands?  That is the question.  Now for the answer…The right hands are the citizens’ hands.  When the citizens have guns, there is freedom.  When the government has a monopoly on guns, there is tyranny.  We need to take away all guns from all government employees and especially the most dangerous government employees, the police.  There are many studies and statistics that support the basic fact that police are far more dangerous than terrorists.  Conservatively stated, you are at least 8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist.

I would urge that all police should be disarmed and deprived of their body armor.  Police can be issued whistles that they can blow to try to get honorable citizen passersby to help them if they are in danger.  Armed citizens can protect our police far better than police can protect us.  A good illustration to support this contention recently happened in Texas and was reported by KHOU 11 News in Houston on January 11, 2013. Two Good Samaritans in a Mercedes-Benz came to the aid of Kevin Dorsey after he was robbed by a man wearing all black and a ski mask.   The Good Samaritans not only caught up with the suspect, but they took down the bad guy.  The suspect, identified as Christopher Hutchins, was treated at Ben Taub Hospital. He survived.  “I don’t believe in guns,” said Dorsey. “I don’t own a gun. I’m totally at the mercy of my saviors. They obviously sent two angels to help me. These people protected me when I couldn’t protect myself.”  There is no need for police to possess weapons.  All government employees and especially “public servants” should be disarmed as soon as possible.  We have the power to do this because we are their bosses.  They are our servants.  Our acquiescence and money facilitates our “public servants.”

It should be no surprise that governments are far more dangerous than terrorists and even more dangerous than criminals.  Look at the well-documented facts about violent deaths in the past 100 years.  If we add up all the murder victims from criminals and combine those with all victims from terrorists, the totals are far lower than the numbers of victims from government violence.  Every human on earth is in far more danger from their own governments than from all other threats combined.  That has been the way of the world throughout all of history, and remains that way today.  Why do you think our nation’s founding fathers wrote the Bill of Rights?  Public servants in Nazi Germany were following orders as they dealt harshly with "Enemies of the State" (what we in the USA would classify as “terrorists” today).  One of the more recent examples of the danger from government was in Cambodia's killing fields (1975–'79).  Estimates of the total number of deaths resulting from Khmer Rouge policies range from 1.7 to 2.5 million out of a population of around 8 million. Most victims were mercilessly tortured and mutilated during interrogation before being slaughtered by their public servants.  Many were hog-tied and then had their throats slit.  Some were buried alive with just their heads above the ground.  Then the sadistic public servant executioners would torment their victims and then literally bash out the victims’ brains with clubs as the next victims watched helplessly and waited for their turn.

Even more recently American soldiers brutalized many Iraqi citizens.  Iraqi children were tortured in front of their parents to try to get the parents to tell where the weapons of mass destruction were.  Of course the unfortunate Iraqi parents could not possibly tell where the WMDs were since they never existed.  There are numerous records and eye witness accounts, including photographic evidence that verifies these facts.  Many Iraqi children were raped, sodomized (sometimes involving acid covered objects such as flashlights), tortured, and killed by American soldiers and CIA operatives in front of their parents.

The torture and murder of Iraqi civilians was approved of by our government.  This is still the official policy of our own government. On January 25, 2013 CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou was sentenced to 30 months in prison for exposing elements of torture being used by the U.S. government.  U.S. district judge Leonie Brinkema said she would have given Kiriakou much more time in prison if she could. We have already slipped far down the slippery slope.

Most Americans are apparently not alarmed when our government troops torture, rape, and slaughter innocent unarmed civilians in far-away lands.  Unfortunately for all Americans, the same policies are coming home now.  Torture has been legalized in America.  The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) permits our public servants to use "enhanced interrogation techniques" (i.e. torture) on Americans.  Our public servants now claim that they have the right to kill Americans extra judicially without due process and with no oversight.  A “Justice” Department memo reveals alleged legal case for drone strikes on Americans.  In a recent congressional debate on the NDAA for fiscal year 2013, Representative Kevin Yoder (R-Kansas) presented the following question to FBI Director Robert Mueller regarding the killing of American citizens without the right of due process:  “Does that only apply to a U.S. citizen that's overseas, or does that apply to a U.S. citizen here?”   Mueller’s reply was: “I'd have to go back...I'm not sure if that was addressed or not.”  A Clinton appointed public servant, New York Southern District Court Judge Colleen McMahon, issued a ruling on January 2nd 2013 acknowledging that the government's actions "seem on their face incompatible with our Constitution." Still, her ruling effectively allows American citizens to continue to be targeted and killed in secret without due process and without oversight.  These facts tell us that there is no justice in the “Justice” system today because they claim that killing innocent U.S. citizens without due process is legal because they say it is legal. On the surface it would seem that the warrantless clandestine snatching and rendition of suspects to secret prisons without due process violates the 8th Amendment.  The NDAA authorizes indefinite detention of anyone, including Americans, without charges, in secret, with no Constitutional rights, on the mere suspicion or accusation of being a “terror suspect.”  The definition of “terror suspect” has already been expanded to include suspected drug dealers, “Occupy Wall Street” protesters, radical environmental protesters, biker gangs, and the list is rapidly expanding and may soon include gun owners and military veterans and/or anyone who tells the truth.  The mere incantation of the word “terrorist” by a public servant strips away all Constitutional rights of the unfortunate target.  As in the Salem Witch Trials of 1692, the accusation alone is sufficient to seal the fate of the victim.  In essence this means that no American has any rights whatsoever if they can be deprived by simply labeling the suspect a “terrorist.” Anyone who can read and write could be classified as a “terrorist” if our public servants were to decide that literate citizens pose a threat to their Pol Pot-style monopoly on power. Hide your reading glasses.

The majority of Americans seem to want to be dominated by their civil servants, judging from recent election results.  I do not understand the minds of those who are into sadism and masochism (sadomasochism), bondage and discipline, etc.  I do support the rights of those who choose to be tied up and whipped, handcuffed, and otherwise abused.  To each their own.  I agree that you should have the right to pursue your fetishes.  However, you do not have the right to force me into your lifestyle.  I do not want to be abused by civil servants or anyone else.  I reserve the right to defend myself and my family against unsolicited and unjustifiable abuse.

The gun grabbers may be right when they say “nobody needs 10 rounds to hunt a deer.”  But the Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting or target practice.  Citizens need weapons sufficient to defend against a tyrannical government, as our Constitution specifically states. Any imperious public servant festooned judge or legislator who thinks the government should infringe upon the citizens right to bear arms, is in reality a heinous criminal who is blatantly violating the U.S. Constitution and should be brought to justice.

Action movie actor Jackie Chan recently publically expressed his opinion about the government of the USA.  He has lived and worked in the USA for much of his life.  He no longer sees the USA through rose-colored glasses.  He is now highly critical of the current U.S. government.  He is among a growing chorus of people all around the world who are no longer willing to remain silent about what America has become.  Our public servants seem to have given themselves “The King’s Pass” and their public servant cronies in the judicial branch of government are supporting them. Our police are rapidly becoming more and more militaristic.  Public servants dealt rather harshly with Randy Weaver’s family in Ruby Ridge, Idaho.  The public servants at Ruby Ridge were rewarded and promoted for what they did there.  There has been no reform since Ruby Ridge.  Quite the opposite.  Look online at the video that has gone viral showing Ernest Duenez's death in 2011 by MPD officer, John Moody.  Similar clearly unjustifiable shootings by public servants have been happening all across America so routinely they do not even shock us anymore.  Any contact with an armed public servant is highly dangerous for the citizen, even if you are unarmed, and even if you have done nothing wrong, and even if you fully comply with all the public servant’s orders.  Now we hear of police training where dissents or potential trouble-makers are deemed as “zombies.” Dehumanizing disobedient citizens by calling them zombies is intended to make it easier for public servants to kill unarmed citizens.   The government has been hardening their command and control centers.  The government has recently been on a buying spree, buying massive amounts of hollow point “man-stopping” ammunition, which is not typically used in training.  Hollow points are for killing, not for target practice.  Our public servants typically rationalize their ostensibly unconstitutional actions by averring to the consequentialism argument (the ends justify the means).  What our soldiers have been doing far away from the USA is now coming home to America.

By far the greatest threats to life, liberty, happiness, and property comes from our own government.  We can still save ourselves if we will disarm our public servants.  The alternative is that our government will continue in the same direction that it is already going.  If we do not disarm our civil servants, then we can expect the same things to happen to us and our families as what happened to the Russians, Cambodians, and Iraqis and so many more throughout all of history.  That is simply the way of the world.  Power corrupts and absolute power absolutely corrupts.  Whenever tyrants have absolute power, the outcome is all too predictable.  Would you like to see your children tortured, raped, and butchered in front of you?  Do you think you deserve to be buried in the ground with just your head above the ground?  Then the executioner will bash your brains out with a club.  Your life is not even worth wasting a bullet on, as far as the “public servants” are concerned.  If you think that should happen to you and your family, then you should go ahead and continue doing exactly what you are doing now by enabling our public servants to dominate and abuse the citizens.   This is exactly what governments tend to gravitate towards unless impeded by honorable citizens.  This was well known by our great nation’s founding fathers, as evidenced by the venerable Bill of Rights.

If you would rather NOT have your children raped, tortured, and murdered then you should take guns away from all civil servants, and defund them.  I am sure that civil servants serve some useful purposes.  However, everything they do can be done much better and far more efficiently, and safer by the free-market system.  There are non-government arbitrators, security guards, private prisons, NGO charities, and more that could easily fill the gap if we had no public servants.  We would all be much better off if there was not even one civil servant anywhere in the country.  If we do decide to keep some civil servants, then we must disarm them ASAP.  The very first of them to be disarmed should be all our elected officials and their guards.  The next to be disarmed after our elected officials should be all judges, then the police, and eventually all government employees at every level of government including local, city, county, state, and especially ALL federal employees.

Imagine if every time any citizen interacted with any public servant, the citizen pulls his gun and aims it at the public servant with an itchy finger on the hair-trigger while conversing.  The public servant should know his place and he should never look menacingly at his superior.  Every citizen is vastly superior to a public servant.  Drug dealers, pimps, homeless alcoholics, ex-cons, used-car salesmen, televangelists, lobbyists, and even private practice lawyers are several rungs above any public servant.  Public servants are parasites, feeding off the public.  Public servants should be encouraged to be humble and respectful to their superiors (non-parasites, AKA everyone who does not work for the government).  Whenever a public servant is confronted by any honorable citizen, the public servant should not make eye contact.  The public servant should cast his/her eyes downward so as to not appear threatening to the honorable citizen.  If the public servant looks directly into the eyes of the honorable citizen, then the honorable citizen would be justified in using appropriate force to eliminate the threat.  If the public servant makes any sudden moves, or appears to reach into his/her waistband, or if the honorable citizen thinks the public servant may be reaching for a throwing knife, or if the public servant uses a menacing tone of voice, or if the public servant gets “uppity” with his superior, the honorable citizen can feel free to defend himself against the threat.

Some reasonable limits and restrictions on our Second Amendment are acceptable.  The real question is “who shall determine what is reasonable?”  Certainly our contemptuous public servants should not make such a determination.  We need to devise a new way to determine what is “reasonable.”  The power-addicted public servants who have been making these determinations have veered far away from the Constitution.  Firstly mental patients, and especially those who are taking anti-psychotic pharmaceuticals (AKA psychotropics) should not have access weapons.  Anyone who trusts government is certifiably insane.  The totality of history tells us what we can expect from government.  It is insane to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results.  A good litmus test for insanity is belief in government benevolence.  Government can be benevolent only when honorable citizens have the power.  Power comes from the barrel of a gun.  I would guess that most people would agree that children under the age of 10 should not possess weapons without their parents’ written permission.  Also young children should not possess weapons unless they have demonstrated operational proficiency with their weapons.  It is reasonable to restrict weapons of mass destruction (WMD), specifically nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, and biological weapons.  The man who does have the keys to our nation’s nuclear arsenal should have a background check.  Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s "Cold Case Posse" criminal investigators discovered that the Obama birth certificate posted on the White House website on 27 April 2011 was a computer-generated forgery.

Most people are basically good.  Unfortunately good people are not generally attracted to public service.  The lure of public service attracts the very worst of the worse.  Look at all of history.  How often do we get public servants who are not amoral sociopathic power addicts?  Acquiring a position of petty power usually leads to an insatiable lust for more and more power over others.  There is nothing on earth more addictive than power.  The political system currently in the USA leads to megalomania that is rampant among our public servants. There is no doubt that at least 99.9% of the public servants now running roughshod over America are extreme sociopathic and cavalier power-addicts with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.  In the warped minds of these self-righteous public servants, as bizarre as it may seem to those of us who are sane, they somehow manage to convince themselves that they are the “good guys.”  I am sure that the Khmer Rouge public servants thought they were the good guys too as they were slashing the throats and bashing the brains out of anyone in Cambodia who wore glasses.  The Stalinists public servants thought they were the good guys as they went about exterminating anyone that they thought might someday oppose collectivism (confiscation of their property).  The Maoists public servants thought they were the good guys too as they killed tens of millions of their own citizens for offenses such as being a property owner.  Today public servants in Zimbabwe, North Korea, and the USA believe they are the good guys.  In their warped parasitic minds I am sure everything they did/do was/is completely justifiable.

Now to paraphrase John Lennon, just imagine the benefits of disarming the greatest danger we all face.  Imagine how polite the police would be if all citizens were armed, but the police were disarmed and prohibited from wearing body armor.

Every free citizen has the right to bear arms.  Our Second Amendment Rights have already been incrementally taken away.  For example, when a man is charged with a crime he loses his Second Amendment Rights.  After he has paid his debt to society for his crimes, his rights should be restored.  The USA has the largest prison population on earth.  Anyone, regardless of actual guilt, can be targeted and sent to prison.  The feds pursue with a vengeance any politically incorrect citizens and “truth movement” citizens, regardless of whether they have committed a crime.  All crime labs all across the country, and especially the FBI Crime lab are well known to routinely falsify evidence, fabricate evidence, forge evidence, taint evidence, and offer false and misleading testimony to obtain convictions, as was exposed by Frederic Whitehurst, the FBI's first whistleblower.  Also it is becoming easier to get caught up in the criminal “justice” system as conduct that has long been considered acceptable behavior becomes criminalized by new overreaching intrusive nanny-state laws that have criminalized activities such as collecting rainwater on your own property, growing a garden in your yard, washing your car in your driveway.

Those who have not yet fallen victim to the “justice” system still do have the right to bear arms including so-called “assault rifles” like the AR-15, as well as actual assault rifles including the Barrett REC7, HK417, SIG 716, Steyr AUG A3, FN SCAR-H MK17, Beretta ARX-160, Kalashnikov AK-12, etc.  However, the right to bear arms shall not be infringed.  Private citizens (not government employees) also have the right, as is guaranteed by the Second Amendment, to own, carry, and use more potent and lethal weapons including the XM-25 Counter Defilade Target Engagement System, GAU-19/A, M230 chain guns, Armata T-99 MBTs, Sukhoi T-50s, M270 MLRS, MQ-9 Reaper UAVs and any other weapons, armaments and munitions at least equal to the best our military has.  The aforementioned weapons are admittedly overkill for home defense, but The Second Amendment is not just about home defense, instead it is mostly about protecting the citizens from our own public servants (AKA governmental tyranny) and especially defending ourselves from treacherous wild-eyed gun-grabbing fanatics like the hypocritical concealed-carry permit holder Diane Feinstein and her dodgy fellow-travelers. The citizens need weapons at least equal to or superior to anything the military has.

To better understand the nature of the system we can look at the body of work by Sibel Edmonds, former FBI translator who became a whistleblower.  In her book and on her website she explained the process that has greatly contributed to utter corruption at all levels of the U.S. government.  The FBI does reverse vetting of high level government officials.  All federal judges, U.S. Attorneys, congressmen, and all other high level government officials are investigated by the FBI to insure that only the most absolutely amoral sociopathic power-addicts and pathological liars are approved for high office.  If skeletons, such as pedophilia, murder, treason, or worse, can be found in their closets, they are approved for high office.  If there are no skeletons in their closets, there is not sufficient leverage to control them and they are promptly disqualified from the higher positions of power in government.

All prosecuting attorneys, judges, arbitrators, and especially juries should be strictly instructed to always distrust the word of any public servant.  Public servants are almost always dishonest about everything, even when the truth would serve them better.  Truthful public servants are about as rare as vegetarian snakes.  It is against the nature of the beast.  To glimpse the mind of public servants, read some of the non-fiction books by public servant insider and best-selling author Victor John Ostrovsky.  How can you tell when a public servant is lying?  The public servant’s lips are moving.  Polygraph (lie detector) examinations are ineffective on public servants and other sociopaths because they exhibit no symptoms of distress when lying.  Occasionally a good person may become a public servant, but indoctrination, vetting, peer pressure, and the “bunker” (us against them) mentality soon overcomes all resistance.  Even good public servants will succumb to the cult-like camaraderie within their ranks.  The cultists themselves are always the last people to recognize that they have been brainwashed.

We would be much safer if we went to every insane asylum and handed out guns to all the psychiatric patients rather than to allow our public servants to have guns.  Of course I oppose giving guns to psychiatric patients.  They are not stable and it would be extremely dangerous if we gave guns to them. However in general, psychiatric patients have no malice and they are not completely corrupt and amoral power-addicts. I think that neither of them should have guns but of the two, egotistical public servants pose a far greater threat to our life, liberty, happiness, and property.

What can we do?  The call to action that I am proposing is firstly to accept reality.  Accept the fact that the greatest threat honorable and patriotic Americans face is from our own haughty government “officials.”  Secondly, we must insist that all public servants be disarmed ASAP.  Thirdly, defund all government until all public servants are disarmed.  Lastly, if the parasite class refuses to surrender their weapons, then we should take decisive action to defend the lives of our families and future generations against what is inevitable if we allow our public servants to remain armed and dangerous.

Recently burned former Los Angeles police officer Christopher Dorner, who condescendingly advocated for gun control, was an example of the parasite-class gone amuck.  You can be sure that in his public servant mind he was the good guy, as evidenced by his 11,000 word semi-literate “Holier than thou” Facebook manifesto.  Another public servant gone amuck is Nancy Pelosi, who recently said that Congressional pay cut undermines dignity of the job.  To see how dignified her job is you can watch the CBS “60 Minutes” show titled "Insiders" which aired on Sunday November 13, 2011. She and her husband have become fantastically rich from insider trading, which is illegal for everyone outside congress. Insider trading is legal for congress only because those “dignified” public servants wrote laws that exempted themselves.  What is inevitable is that our public servants will naturally become more and more out of control like the Cambodian Khmer Rouge era public servants unless honorable citizens put them in their proper place.  Hopefully many of the parasites will be encouraged to quit feeding off the public and get honest jobs so they too can become productive honorable citizens.  This can only happen if we put our foot down and quit enabling arrogant power-addicted public servants.  The enablers are our biggest problem, followed by the apathetic.  We can prevail if we put our public servants in their proper places while we still have the ability to do so.  “Every nation has the government it deserves.” (“Toute nation a le gouvernement qu’elle mérite.”) Joseph de Maistre (1753-1821)

The author is an American citizen who saw the red flags go up when the first “Patriot Act” was passed into law.  They say that people have the government they deserve.  The Patriot Act, legalized torture, and the rapid loss of rights were things I do not support.  If the majority of Americans want these things, then I realized I was in the wrong country.  I voted with my feet and left the USA.  I still hopeful that my country will someday return to the land of liberty that it once was. In the meantime I want to stay out of range of the drones as I tell the unvarnished truth.

Summary:        A cynical tongue-in-cheek look at the gun control argument from the perspective of a fed-up American citizen.  Although written with humor, this article does contain numerous verifiable facts and specific details that are relevant to the current gun control debate.
