LEARNING ABOUT BEE'S AND BEEKEEPING FROM A 6-GENERATION BEEKEEPER (DEE LUSBY) - FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY - NOVEMBER 8-10, 2013 – SOUTH OF TUCSON NEAR AMADO, AZ

DEE IS A WEALTH OF INFORMATION, SO IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANY AND EVERYTHING ABOUT BEES FROM SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWs, PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND – THIS WILL BE A GREAT TIME!

WE PLAN TO LEAVE OUR HOUSE AROUND 2 P.M. ON FRIDAY NOV 8TH (HANCOCK'S 4886 W PORT AU PRINCE; GLENDALE, AZ 85306)  (BEST IF YOU HAVE 4 WD - WE HAVE 2 WE CAN USE IF NECESSARY)

IF YOU WANT TO GO, PLEASE CONTACT DONNA HANCOCK AT 602-828-1819, OR AT Producer@DeclareYourIndependenceWithErnestHancock.com OR LET ERNIE KNOW (602-717-5900)

Here are directions to Dee Lusby's place in/around Amado, AZ - Address is 12295 west Arivaca Road - I live in a glitch area meaning my physical address is in PIMA county while my mailing address is in Santa Cruz county..................and being up in hills most need how to drive to directions then......which is: Take interstate off I-10 to then I-19 going south to Nogales........Then at exit 48 which is Amado you get off turning right. Then you drive frontage road with Cow Palace on left coming up fast..................here the corner of the Cow Palace is West Arivaca Road and so you turn left and head west into the hills. You will pass Border Patrol station going in just past top of first hill so drive slowly past it..................then in desending order of mile markers you go to mile #12 and before you reach #11 my place is on the left side or south side of the West Arivaca Road . I live in the little town of Moyza population about 65 people and when you pass the Moyza sign on right my place comes up fast ............There will be an open cattle gate on left saying local honey for sale to drive thru but not for low riders for there is a hump to go over with trailer on left you pass first and then two long work buildings behind it and then you continue and circle up to main house where I am actually at....................phone number is 520-398-2474 and/or 748-0542........................if not in high off road vehicle then going over hump will rub bottom vehicle and so must not drive in here but continue on Arivaca road past mail box on left and then take first driveway thru main gate and loop back down to main house that way................keeping gate shut when you go thru.................. wash behind my place here is the Father Kino wash

HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS FROM DEE AS TO WHAT TO BRING – She has about 10 bee suits, but best to bring the following just in case:

Long Sleeve light blue/white/gray shirt and Denim/cotton jeans (wash clothes in PineSol to remove any fragrance)

Mosquito netting and Large rim hat - Yellow rubber gloves and Duct Tape

Sleeping bag/blanket/pillow (we can sleep around Dee's house on couches, in bedroom, etc)

Food to eat (she is pretty remote, so bring stuff to eat/cook – we can use whatever she has)

$$ to help contribute to Dee for her time (doesn't have to be a lot, but just a little bit from everyone attending to help throw her way)

PLEASE – NO PERFUMES OR HEAVY SOAP SMELLING STUFF – AND DON'T BRING/EAT BANANAS (it sets the bees off)

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, OR WANT TO GO, PLEASE LET US KNOW – IT'S PROBABLY BEST TO CARPOOL, BUT NOT NECESSARY -  I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE DEE AN IDEA OF HOW MANY WILL BE COMING BY THIS THURSDAY (NOV 7TH) – THANKS! HOPE YOU CAN ATTEND, AS THIS WILL BE VERY INFORMATIVE!!

PLEASE R.S.V.P. ON MEETUP, OR HERE ON FREEDOM'S PHOENIX (OR BY CONTACTING US - SEE ABOVE FOR CONTACT INFO) AND WHETHER YOU WILL CARPOOL WITH US, OR MEET US DOWN THERE...
