Media Scoundrels on Ukrainian PM's Ouster Ignored His Illegitimacy

by Stephen Lendman

US installed Ukrainian PM Yatsenyuk is out. Did he resign or was he ousted? The latter most likely to install a new puppet, serving Washington's interests, using the country as a dagger targeting Russia's heartland.

Media scoundrels tell readers and viewers everything except what they most need to know - the truth about major world and national issues directly or indirectly affecting their lives and welfare.

Commenting on Arseniy Yatsenyuk's ouster, The New York Times ignored Washington's February 2014 coup, Nazi putschists replacing democratic governance - referring instead to Ukraine's nonexistent "revolution."

So-called Maidan protests were made in the USA, things staged to look like popular anger. So-called "heady days of the pro-European street movement" The Times cited never existed.

Most IMF and other Western supplied financial aid disappeared into a black hole of corruption, Yatsenyuk's dirty hands grabbing all he could along with other regime thugs.

The Washington Post highlighted Ukraine's "worst political crisis since (Obama's coup it called) the 'Euromaidan' revolution of 2014."

It noted his force-fed austerity, enforcing IMF diktats, colluding with corrupt oligarchs - ignoring what's most important.

The problem with Ukraine is US installed Nazi infested governance, the nation used to serve Washington's imperial interests.

The Wall Street Journal said Yatsenyuk's "resign(ation) open(s) the way for the formation of a new government and the potential for urgently needed reforms" without explaining putschist regimes have no legitimacy.

Nazis replaced democrats, waging war on their own people. Donbass freedom fighters reject fascist governance. Their liberating struggle deserves universal support.

Western media perpetuate the myth of legitimate Ukrainian governance, ignoring Washington's role in installing it.

The scourge of fascism returned to Europe's heartland for the first time since WW II - making the horror of another global one more possible.
