NYT Endorses Two Pro-Dirty Business as Usual Dem Presidential Aspirants

Pro-social justice, anti-war, anti-dirty business as usual Dem presidential aspirant Tulsi Gabbard is the only worthy candidate in the race for the nation's highest office, no others.

On January 20, "break(ing) with convention," its own words, the NYT endorsed two undemocratic Dems for president — Elizabeth Warren and Amy Klobuchar, neither worthy of any high office, clearly not the nation's highest.

Hostile to Trump for triumphing over media darling Hillary, the Times prefers virtually anyone other than DJT.

Calling him "an aberration," the self-styled newspaper of record urged its notion of "a return to a more sensible America" — with no further elaboration.

Perhaps the Times means greater US wars of aggression, more one-sided support for privileged interests over the public welfare, and harsher police state laws than already.

Claiming the array of Dem aspirants are "the most progressive…in decades on…health care, the economy and government's allocations of resources" ignores reality.

Gabbard alone is progressive in the crowded field, Sanders and Warren progressive in name only, the others more hardline than moderate.

The "Democratic left," referred to by the Times is nonexistent, other than aspirant Gabbard.

Claiming Warren is "committed to reforming the fundamental structures of government and the economy…to reassert…historic ideals (of) fairness, generosity and equality" is polar opposite what the Times and both right wings of the one-party state stand for.

Saying Klobuchar supports "progressive" change as "standard-bearer for the Democratic center (sic)" is belied by dirty business as usual she supports. More on her below.

Warren is an Obama clone with a gender difference, polar opposite a people's champion.

Earlier as Obama's interim Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP) head, she did nothing to challenge predatory banking practices, nothing to urge prosecution of Wall Street crooks.

During Israeli summer 2014 aggression on Gaza, she supported IDF terror-bombing, failing to condemn strikes on hospitals, schools, mosques, residential neighborhoods, a UN shelter, and other civilian targets, massacring or injuring thousands of defenseless civilians.

Her 2018 Anti-Corruption and Public Integrity Act was a self-promoting publicity stunt, intended solely to help her presidential campaign.

On issues of war and peace, she's militantly hardline, militantly hostile to Iran, Venezuela, Russia, and other nations on the US target list for regime change.

She lied about nonbelligerent North Korea, falsely accusing the country of posing a "threat to the security of the United States, our allies, and the world" — a nation that never preemptively waged war throughout its history, victimized by earlier US aggression.

She supports unlawful sanctions war (economic terrorism) on nations the US doesn't control.

Calling herself "capitalist to the bone" defines her backing of corporate predators over the general welfare.

Earlier a registered Republican, she switched party affiliation to the Dems in the 1990s, supporting the hostile to peace, equity and justice Clinton co-presidency.

In 2016, she supported recklessly dangerous Hillary's presidential campaign. Her so-called Plan for Economic Patriotism sounds like Trump's MAGA.

Her proposal to tax assets over $50 million annually at 2% is a campaign stunt, an idea going nowhere in Washington.

Like Sanders, she largely votes along party lines, her populist crusade pure fiction, supporting the worst of Obama's pro-war, anti-populist agenda, showing how she'd operate if elected president.

Time and again defending the indefensible, she considers endless imperial wars humanitarian intervention and democracy building.

Klobuchar is worse, hawkishly pro-war, anti-populist hardline to the bone, never meeting a military spending bill or war of aggression she didn't wholeheartedly support. 

She favors renegotiating the Iran nuclear deal over supporting the Security Council adopted landmark agreement.

She endorsed a military option to eliminate Venezuela's social democracy if "diplomacy" fails to force democratically elected and reelected President Maduro from office.

Last spring she tweeted: "Russia's interference in the 2016 election was just a dress rehearsal for what they plan to do in 2020."

Fact: No Russian interference occurred. No evidence suggests it because none exists.

Klobuchar called for tougher policies in dealings with Russia, China, and other sovereign independent countries the US doesn't control.

Last October, she expressed support for continuing illegal occupation of Syrian territory — on the phony pretext of backing the Kurds and combatting ISIS the US created and backs.

On North Korea, she called for maintaining unacceptable sanctions on the country, falsely claiming its ruling authorities threaten US and East Asia "peace and security."

She lied accusing the DPRK of "shipping…illegal weapons to terrorists in the Middle East" — a US, NATO, Israeli specialty she ignored, not how the DPRK operates.

Expressing strong support for Israel, ignoring its apartheid viciousness, she falsely called the Jewish state a "beacon of democracy in the Mideast (sic)" — a notion its ruling authorities abhor and haven't tolerated from inception.

She supports Trump's unlawful move of the US embassy to Jerusalem, a UN-designated international city.

She urges greater US support for the Ziofascist state, ignoring its high crimes.

Like most others in Washington, she's bought and paid for by the Zionist Lobby, the same true for virtually all presidential aspirants.
