Avoid a lot of formal taxation by not paying. When it goes to court, stand as a man/woman, unrepresented by an attorney, or by yourself. You are present. Why represent yourself? Require that the person who is accusing you, take the oath or affirmation, get on the stand, and show how you damaged them. The person who is accusing you is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA or THE STATE OF XXXXXX, as written on the indictment. The person who gets on the stand against you, will only be a representative of the names on the indictment. If they are NOT the person on the indictment, and the person listed on the indictment does not appear in court, case dismissed - but require it to be discharged so that they cannot come at you again, later.
