Robert Zuluaga Representative for the De Jure Arizona Republic explains what the Republic for the united States of America is.  There are 2 governments the De Facto which is the one most people live under.  The de facto government is a corporation as defined by TITLE 28 > PART VI > CHAPTER 176 > SUBCHAPTER A > § 3002 Definitions (15) “United States” means—(A) a Federal corporation;   The De Jure government is government by the people, for the people and of the people.  The De Jure Government has been abandoned since 1861 when the southern states walked out of congress and had no reconvene date and no quorum to establish one  The De Jure government was reestablished on March 30, 2010 when 27 members of grand juries in all 50 states made presentments to the de facto governors.
