Dancing is one of John Stuart's passions in life and he is very good at it. Because of his State incurred legal problem he has been unable to earn a living. This is a fundraiser to help John out with his legal costs and living expenses for everything he has been, and is, going through. Food is available for individual purchase. Personalized dance lessons given for a donation. Men are invited and welcome! [The women need someone to practice what they’ve learned!]
John will have on hand for sale his book, Poems From HELL, as well as the coin he designed to teach prisoners Christian values.

John Stuart is obviously innocent; you know what the government does to the innocent people it arrest.
Last year a psychotic drunk jumped into John's truck (a vehicle under the "law") and attempted to kill John Stuart and his then [girlfriend] while they were out hanging Ron Paul for president signs (a political function under the "law"), things did not work out well for the attacker; again, you know what the government does to Ron Paul supporters.
Under the "law" John Stuart should have just been left alone; but the government knew John Stuart was a Ron Paul supporter so they decided to forget about the "law":
13-1304. Kidnapping; classification; consecutive sentence
A. A person commits kidnapping by knowingly restraining another person with the intent to:
1. Hold the victim for ransom, as a shield or hostage; or
2. Hold the victim for involuntary servitude; or
3. Inflict death, physical injury or a sexual offense on the victim, or to otherwise aid in the commission of a felony; or
4. Place the victim or a third person in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury to the victim or the third person; or
5. Interfere with the performance of a governmental or political function; or
6. Seize or exercise control over any airplane, train, bus, ship or other vehicle.
John's attacker was never charged for kidnapping even though State and Federal law requires that everyone attacking a person performing a political function to be charged with kidnapping.
13-418. Justification; use of force in defense of residential structure or occupied vehicles; definitions
A. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a person is justified in threatening to use or using physical force or deadly physical force against another person if the person reasonably believes himself or another person to be in imminent peril of death or serious physical injury and the person against whom the physical force or deadly physical force is threatened or used was in the process of unlawfully or forcefully entering, or had unlawfully or forcefully entered, a residential structure or occupied vehicle, or had removed or was attempting to remove another person against the other person's will from the residential or occupied vehicle .
B. A person has no duty to retreat before threatening or using physical force or deadly physical force pursuant to this section.
C. For the purposes of this section:
1. "Residential structure" has the same meaning prescribed in section 13-1501.
2. "Vehicle" means a conveyance of any kind, whether or not motorized, that is designed to transport persons or property.
The police and prosecutor failed to tell the grand jury about this law during the first sitting. When the case was remanded the prosecutor refused to discuss this law and the Detective committed blatant perjury and said the witnesses claimed the attacker was not near the vehicle. ALL of the witnesses told the same detective the attacker was strangling John when he died.
If you read the two previous laws and support Ron Paul;
or you believe that you should be allowed to stop someone from murdering you and your spouse; or if you liked the movie "AMERICAN FREEDOM TO FASCISM" (John was asked by Arron personally to help him finish the movie),or you own a gun, or you own a vehicle; you should come out and help support John.
John is the first person in US history to be arrested, tried and convicted for entering evidence into court. John entered evidence proving his innocence so the prosecutor had him arrested and falsely imprisoned for 8 months to torture him into a false confession. That is what they do to innocent people, especially you gun owning Ron Paul supporters.

We need to support our fellow patriot who has been writing documents for over twenty years and has never charged even once for any of the documents he has put out on the Internet for people to use.
John also had many accomplishments while he was in jail:
He rewrote the case against Joe Arpaio for prisoner torture. John's legal documents helped beat Arpaio and thousands of innocent people will be tortured less due to John's willingness to suffer even more to help others.
John also created a coin to help teach other prisoner Christian values. He promised them that if he survived the tortured he would bring the coin to the outside world.
John also wrote dozens of poems. Each is filled with the emotions that can only be felt by people suffering greatly.
