Pick a piece of pristine, government owned land anywhere in America. Don't make it too large for you to handle as your homestead. Then, set up on "your" land. When government comes after you, and takes you to court for squatting, require that the plaintiff/government take the oath, get on the stand, and show you that he owns the land. After all, you have the right to face your accuser. It's all locked up in standard law that has been around forever. The 6th, 7th, 9th, and 10th Amendments are tools that you can use to take ownership of the land in court. Why?
