You have all the rights you had before the enactment of the Constitution. Amendment 9 of the Bill of Rights says so. From Cornell University Law School (https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/ninth_amendment): "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Habeas Corpus can never be removed except from those who voluntarily agree to its removal.
