The wording of this bill wouldn't just apply to volunteer border patrols but would also affect organizations like Copwatch and even neighborhood crime watch groups.

In essence, this bill would criminalize certain types of assembly in violation of the First Amendment and attempt to criminalize individuals and organizations that embarrass government agencies that prove themselves do be either incompetent or corrupt.

The real domestic terrorists here are individuals like rep. Kyrsten Sinema who would abuse their position of influence to attempt to criminalize fundamental rights enjoyed by all individuals in this country.

Rep. Kyrsten Sinema and the co-sponsors of this bill should be removed from office with all due haste. Co-sponsors of this bill include Linda Lopes, Tom Prezelski, Ed Ableser, David Lujan, Albert Tom, Steve Gallardo, and Robert Meza

Since the taking of private property for public use by government is forbidden by the 5th Amendment, land owners on the border need to be creative - like setting up toll gates across their property and charging the government the fee.
