First black Congresswoman dead of stroke

Democratic U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, the first black woman to represent Ohio in Congress, was hospitalized Wednesday after suffering an aneurysm. Her local newspaper later reported she passed away without regaining consciousness.
