Man, you guys crack me up how much mileage you get out of clever irritation you cause. The cameras are coming down. Inspirational.

Ah, but the brilliance of the idea is that they get to overtly hide their identity in a manner that draws welcome attention AND disable the camera's function without causing any damage --- which is not against the law per se.

Not that the authoritay won't charge them. But whatever they charge them with will demonstrate their hypocrisy, and that they have no legitimate law to charge them. Look for that to change in the upcoming legislature.
