I am guessing based upon the list, that Ernie was initially on there list, and as Heidi Bierick SPLC Special Ops. Director said he wasn't going to make the list because he wanted to be on the list.  They simply forgot to correct the count in the press release.

Don't fret Ernie, I am sure you made their double secret probation list.
