Well, if Independence Day isn't enough of an excuse to take a look back ot some elements pertinent to the day and stray just a little from the news,...I don't know what is.

And yes, while we the enlightened ones do indeed mostly already know this, this website is not exclusively for our own use. Quite unfortunately, this website exists because there is so much ignorance among our countrymen. Pardon me for thinking this might be something worthy for our less informed brothers and sisters to learn about on a day like today.

If a person doesn't know something and hears/reads it for the first time, don't they say "Well, that's news to me?"

a LOT of people don't know these things because they were 'educated' in government indoctrination centers commonly called  'Public Schools'.

If the foo shits... I mean shoe fits, wear it.

To borrow from "The Three Amigos:" Concerned Patriot, we do not have your superior intellect and eduction. Could it be that your angry at something else and are taking it out on us?

If you have nothing to learn from these articles, why read them? Is it solely for the opportunity to smack down those who are not as learned as you? Perhaps you could impart some of your vast knowledge on the rest of us uneducated derelicts.

All hail the all knowing, anonymous "Concened Patriot!"

Mad is like "angry". Daddy is another word for "father". Dang, public schools these days...

History is always forgotten.  However, if the lady with the guns picture preceeded every history lesson, I would bet that everyone would know their history.  I can think of nothing better than that photo wich depicts everthing the 2nd amendment and the Constitution stand for.  Talk about some guns!
