I guess that what I find most interesting and offensive that even when a democratic vote is taken, those that are supposedly protecting and defending our great democratic republic are suggesting that the government bureaucrats go on the legal offensive to thwart the will of the people.  One of the reasons democracies fail is that they, bureaucates vote or do what is in there own best interest when pertaining to legislation. A DEA agents are really therefore more intent on keeping their cushy jobs instead of doing what is in the best interest of the majority. Who cares about individal rights or the will of the majority. That's all nonsence. The people don't know what is in there own best interest, look who they vote for that tax the citizens to pay the salaries of DEA agents.
