Sorry, Mr.Seifert's letter doesn't confirm anything of the sort.  In fact, it does the exact opposite.  He provides rational explanations for the supplies he is looking for and denies anything to do with internment camps.  That is not a confirmation.

All of the material being asked for, " barricades, barbwire, food, water, sanitation, guards" can also be used in a temporary emergency camp.  Fencing is used to protect equipment and supplies all the time.

Certainly the threat of FEMA camps exists and we must all be diligent to avoid being sent to one some day.  But this response from Mr. Seifert is not proof.  Kudos to you for taking the time to ask him about the requests for services!

If "they" can... then they are. And they just confirmed that they can.

 Does anyone have a list as to the locations to these camps? I would love to go visit and confirm and take pics.
