This is a smoking gun. 

The initial police report states Zimmerman was treated for injuries to nose and back of head.  No sign of bandaging, disinfectant application in evidence nor coagulated cuts.  Bruising may not show up on camera so I will discount that, but no way a broken nose and cuts in the back of the head are not obvious!  So the police report obtained by the media is a lie!

The clothing matches the description of leaked witnesses "red" shirt.  No blood in evidence!  Now the police may have collected his clothing as evidence (I hope) and allowed him to change at his place into new clothes before transporting him. 

The other thing that struck me was the claim by the police that Zimmerman was never arrested yet there he is handcuffed behind his back in the back of a police vehicle...another fib...'not under arrest,  just held as a material witness'?

Who is Zimmerman?  Why is he being protected?  And by whom?  Maybe this video has an innocent explanation but I am back to seriously questioning the whole affair.

The initial report makes it seem like Zimmerman shot Martin while Martin was above Zimmerman "reaching for my gun."  I would have expected a lot of Martin's blood on Zimmerman.  I continue to wonder about Zimmerman's clothes in the video.

There is a point in the police parking structure when the police start to lead Zimmerman away (towards the questioning area?) and his head is fairly close and turned with the back towards the camera that it looks like there are coagulated abrasion marks on the back of his head.
