The problem here is that radicals have a great excuse for lambasting the U.S. Supreme Court when Justices ruled that the cost of Obamacare partakes the nature of a tax. The meaning of tax found in the standard DICTIONARY that the radicals use is NOT the same tax the judicial interpretation of what tax is when the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court applied its meaning in their ruling of the Obamacare law.

You have to go to law school -- not to the college of Medicine to deliver babies, or in the school of Journalism to videotape this crap -- to be able to understand and debate SENSIVELY not nonsensically, what Justice Kennedy means when taxation was extensively discussed by the Justices of the Highest Court of the Land, and eventually applied the judicial meaning of tax in their landmark ruling on Obamacare as a valid law that was not only legal but constitutional when it was passed by the United States Congress.

It is a wistful thinking for anyone to indulge on stray questions whether or not the healthcare law is a tax law when at the back of the questionaing radical mind taxation is a hold-up of Americans or a form of robbery.
