THE QUESTION HERE THE COUNCILMAN IS IN VIOLATION OF OATH OF OFFICE AND SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP ON CHARGES FOR CONSPIRING WITH A TERRORIST AND TERRORIST ORGANIZATION CALLED MAYORS AGAINST ILLEGAL GUNS WHO IS OWNED BY A  KNOWN NAZI WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN PRISON AND TRIED FOR TREASON STARTING WITH BLOOMBERG AND HIS BOSS GEORGE SOROS 

That's the thing that has always been the problem. No teeth in the law against inappropriate actions of Government folks.

If the Constitution had some real teeth in it, it would have punishments for Government people spelled out. But at the time the Constitution was written, TEETH against Government officials, in the Constitution, would have killed the Government... both, because people would not have run for office, and the ones in office would have been so careful with what they did that nothing would have gotten done.

The question always has been, how do you limit Government people from doing wrong while at the same time giving them enough power and freedom of operation that they can do their job?

Almost immediately upon creation of the Constitution and the United States of America - within 2 or 3 years - Government was already starting to overstep its bounds with unconstitutional taxes. The taxes were repealed, limited, changed within a short time, but throughout the 1800s Government evolved. Government officials shrewdly figured out ways to twist Government into making them wealthy while at the same time hiding from the people what was being done so that they were not challenged large scale.

So, what's the answer? National referendum? Constitution convention where teeth are put into the Constitution through amendment? - like Government officials would vote themselves some form of curtailment. The answer might be revolution... but the people will need to wake up more... especially the working people who are supporting the whole country.

Bitcoin is a step in the right direction. Guns and ammo is another step. The people need to unite in small groups and spend their time "inventing" all kinds of methods of showing Government that it is wrong, while at the same time developing group and inter-group support methods of every kind.

Look into Robert Heinlein's classic sci-fi book "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress." There is found within that book a method of networking that keeps things private from prying eyes - Government eyes - while effecting mass communications among the members of a group of "patriots" who happen to be almost slaves, in political "police state" conditions like those in which we find ourselves today.

Combine the above with the things that Billy Foust says in his 18 YouTube videos, and the Winston Shrout info, and we just might be able to pull ourselves out. And, of course, massive amounts of prayer.
