Look at the symbol "*" the asterisk. It's kinda like looking down the barrel of a gun that has 6 15-shot magazines around it.
It ain't the size of the magazine that counts. It is the ingenuity of builders to be able to work their way around anything, even the laws. After all, isn't working around the laws the thing that the law-makers do famously? I mean, look at how they make laws limiting the Second Amendment when the Amendment clearly tells them they can't do that.
