Here's what it all boils down to. WALMART!!!

Walmart has raised the standard of living so high in China, that the Chinese are preparing places for peoples of the different European and American nations to live after the banks crash. And they are doing it all out of gratitude for the better standard of living Walmart has provided for all China... well, gratitude and, in case we the people are miracle workers, maybe some of it will rub off on China this way. (chuckle)
