The are seemingly endless numbers of people who want to work. Those that don't want to work, change their minds when they get hungry enough.
The knowledge of what to do is there, from organizing a labor force, to manufacturing products from the natural resources, to transporting and marketing the products, to equitable sharing through the free market.
