 How does the Federal Reserve hide $4 billion daily that lawfully belongs to the government ??  They use the FRBNY's exclusive handling of the accounts for Treasury security auctions.  The money from auctioning deficit spending securities cannot go to the government for such an action would negate any inflation from deficit spending.  The accounts have never been audited or reported to Congress.  Ref. http://www.scribd.com/doc/101937790/Federal-Reserve-Heist
