Police have determined that the Boston Bombings were fake, and that they didn't have anything to do with the fake bombings, not so much as to have been informed in advance. So they are preparing for the next time it happens. Of course, police don't want journalists to figure out that they found out late in the game that the Bombings were fake. It might prove that they are "inadequate," and we just couldn't have that, now, could we?
