This is kind of a round about way to get people to not be homeless. If my pursuit of happiness involved being homeless, and Government people hindered me in that pursuit, as long as I haven't harmed anyone or damaged his/her property, I have a person-to-person CLAIM against the individual human beings who don't allow me my pursuit of happiness.

When I beat them for money in court, I will have enough money to buy my own piece of land where I can walk around homeless without disturbing law enforcement people. Why don't they just give me the money instead of going through all that court stuff where I beat them and show a whole bunch of other homeless people how to do it?

Here's why. Because THEY are just as stupid as all the harmed and damaged people who are too dumb to bring a claim against the man or woman rather than a complaint against his/her office in Government!
