I can understand. It must have been a job. I don't know how you did it. We're going to miss you. Best wishes on your new ventures.
I know you see the hand writing on the wall, and decided now was a good time to make your escape from this vast festering prison yard. Lay low as you wind your way out of this hell hole formerly known as the Grand Lemming Republic, to seek a more sustainable garden beyond the reach of the prison guards, and their weaselly little snitches. Vaya con Dios Amigo.
Thanks for all your hard work this past 10 years enjoy your time, you will be missed.
Powell, Few people have impressed me as deeply in my life as you have. Without knowing it, I have looked up to you as an outstanding individual in life that, if I could, I want to be like you when I grow up. I won't say "I'll miss you" because I know you might be 'stepping down' officially, but you will still be around and I'll still see you at functions and you'll still 'do what you do' - I have no doubt about that. I'll see you at Breakfast Club and you can tell me what you've been doing in your spare time now that you aren't a Senior Editor. Well done, Ed
Dear Powell, Yes, we enjoy different "takes" on America, and that's great. Just want you to know that you're a hell of a writer, hell of a thinker, hell of a talk show host, and hell of a great American. I regard you highly and honor you highly. Best to your journey. You're always welcome at my house. Ph 303 666 6186, Golden, CO.

You have give US ten wonderful years of pioneering internet work, Mr. Gammill -- and we will be eternally grateful. Enjoy your well-deserved rest from it. I hope my challenges haven't pushed your decision through -- your work has been overall superb. No doubt Mr. Hancock will continue equally so. ("New direction"? You're scaring me.) Thanks to you folks FP appears to make Phoenix one of the great centers of dissident thought and activity.
