The epistemological concept of decolonization has gained strength and relevance in recent times and has a long-standing practical application in Venezuela during the revolutionary process, and in Comandante Hugo Chávez its greatest manager and promoter. What is it that is decolonized, if we are already a free and absolutely sovereign nation? Undoubtedly that the conscience of a social conglomerate, of a society, of age groups; ideological, cultural or transcultural colonialism.
