The President can legally do whatever the Supreme Court and the full Congress allow him to do, even if they allow him through inaction against him. But, the President, like any other man or woman, can injure no man or woman LAWFULLY. The Nuremberg trial show this. The U.S. Constitution allows through jury trial in the Amendments. --- Clinton, while president, was ordered by the Supreme Court to face a woman in court, man-to-[wo]man, for sexual misconduct in Arkansas. He would have had to have gone if she hadn't dropped the case first.

"Legally" is irrelevant. Can the President morally break a law? Of course. We all can. "legal" is an illegitimate concept. Moral is the concept that has preserved humanity.
