People will have to consider their guns as their property, not as guns or firearms. Then they will have to take the men/women who confiscate their property to court in a Federal District Court (not United States District Court). FDC is a court of record that acts under the common law, where the judge is only a referee, and the jury is the real judge. If this unconstitutional law cannot be struck down in a regular court, the FDC will be the only way to go. Then the striking down of the law will be left up to the jury.
