The title is misleading. What she said is "...elections should not matter...". What she meant is that NO DIALOG should exist because it's "bad for the country", i.e., bad for the rulers. She believes the ruling elite is the country. And when she noted that the two parties mostly have "shared values", she is correct. There is no fundamental difference between them. She likes that. It makes her job easier. And since she is our savior and mother superior, what is good for her is good for the country (in her mind). Sound familiar? I remember a king who once thought that way. When advised he was destroying the state, he replied: "L'etat, c'est moi."

 Well I'll be damed. The first word of truth I have heard in years, especially from this creature. WOW! Will miracles never sease?  I think Jesse had it right when he told everyone that if you really want change and still believe in the illusion of the voting system, vote anything but democrate or republican. Hell; write your own name in the spaces if they give you that option any more. It's Twilight Zone on Steroids.
