1. I think this is clever design.
2. If it can be made small enough, cheaply enough, I can see how government can abuse it. Officer Safety pulls you over in your car and without your consent, or perhaps even knowing the machine reads your head---"You are under arrest. The machine says you are impaired. DUI." Can't cross examine an infallible machine.
