Wow this article raises more interesting points:

So the Executive Branch bureaucrats filled out an affidavit (presumably) as to probable cause for criminal violation of a law(s) necessitating a no knock in force residential entry and then issued their own search warrant.  That Judical branch is soooooo inconvenent.

"The Stockton Police Department said it was asked by federal agents to provide one officer and one patrol car just for a police presence when carrying out the search warrant."

So who's SWAT Team was it? 

The US Dept. of Educations' of course.

Nice of the sworn locals to be there to protect their citizens' lives from armed thugs.

Some other thoughts:

He is black, passionate in his injustice and articulate.  I wonder if they would kick the door in on a WASP lawyer who's wife had delinquent student loans and hold his 3 kids and him at gunpoint/ handcuffed in a squad car for 6 hours? . . . . I'm sure they would.

And why did it take 6 hours to determine the subject of the arrest (a female) was not inside this residence and free the husband who was not wanted?

And what an idiot for only wanting an apology.  I'd be suing the US and Stockton PD for million$.

Gotta love the end segment where the victim does a PSA for the US Dept. of Education Terror Goons; "Be sure to pay your student loans back or look what could happen to you!"  As Nebuchadnezzar would say: "This is why you leave someone alive to tell the tale of what you did to them."

I would love to see a PDF of the search warrant and affidavit he is waiving around.

I especially love the newscaster at then end saying the government denied the victim were ever in handcuffs, arrested, or his kids were ever detained in a squad car or that they kicked his  door in.  What SWAT Team, eh?
