You are a disgraceful liar and anti-Semite. There is no such contemporary geographical entity as "Palestine", and therefore, Israel cannot occupy it, legally or illegally. If you are talking about the areas of Judea and Samaria, then, yes, Israel occupies them, but that is not only legal, it is required under international law. It became Israel's duty to occupy them and administer them after Israel captured them from Jordan which had stolen them through war against the Jews in 1949.
