    Why didn't the Army say something before the "armor" was issued? Why didn't the "Pork Division" demand that the so-called manufacturer PROVE the efficacy of their product, before the contract(s) were awarded? Why aren't the whole bunch of them in jail, awaiting trial for malfeasance, dereliction of duty, conspiracy to commit treason and murder, and being typical, second-rate, low-life assholes?

    The next thing is to get our troops the hell out of the entire region! I mean, at what point is enough blood money enough? Does anyone actually know how many U.S. troops have to die to satisfy the bloodlust and greed of a perfidious Congress and the gaggle of corporate miscreants that they pander to. Actually, it would be money well-spent, if the whole cabal was shipped to some war zone and dropped into a firefight with no protection. (Nothing of value would be at risk.)

     Sadly, the 'woprld" is discovering what most soldiers have known for decades: There is generally very little real interest in providing the best equipment to troops in the field. Hell, if there was, no contract would likely ever go to the "lowest bidder"!

     If all the wealthy "activists" want to make a difference, they can use their money and connections to see to it that combat troops, at least, are wearing the best body armor that is available. Better yet, they could "de-pledge" their support for the lunatic loosers who allow this crap to exist in the first place.
