Government will always find an excuse, legitimate reason, and a legal avenue to take what they want from you.  The question you must decide is - will you surrender your property to them.  If you play by their stacked rules and surrender the property the matter is settled and you are free to go on unmolested with the rest of your pitiful life.   If you decide not to surrender then you're in for an exciting fight that you will probably lose, but you'll enjoy that feeling of being a freeman while you're doing it.
