I was afraid Kokesh would become a liability to Ron Paul's campaign, and the freedom movement in America. I too am quite critical of the establishment elite ruling the District of Criminals, and I also support Ron Paul. But I wouldn't be doing these things from Russian media!

Ernie after reading this I am not even sure what the issues are.

 It seems somehow that an American when speaking on a foreign owned media (because all of ours are controlled) has no first amendment rights.  

I did however not get the who, what, when, where, and how.....

So what?....the crooks you have in you Government can do anything they want because Americans are weak,stupid,self serving,and cowardly.Americans do not give one damn about their neighbor;just ask the people that go to work each day for the very companies hat are Destroying your country in one way,or,another e.g., (Monsanto),(GE),the EPA,the FED..get over it America.You don`t have enough love for you country to save it.

 Of course you wouldn't be doing it foreign media, because the mainstream media talks to everyone. O wait they don't. You go where you get exposure. It's ironic it has to be Russian TV, I'm still not sure where any laws were broken.
