In my book, if 2 pieces are unconstitutional, then the WHOLE THING is unconstitutional.  Legislators just HAD to cram all of this $#!t into one massive bill.  None of these provisions would survive on their own.  So if they all get voted in together, they all go away together.  How do we take that argument to the Supreme Court?
