This column is totally disjointed and internally contradicts itself in multiple places.  Half the time it is saying that NATO achieved its objectives, and the other half of the time claims that NATO failed completely.  This is not analysis, but just stream-of-consciousness meandering down the page.  Obviously, the writer thinks with his emotions and in no way logically, picking and choosing his "facts" (even if they don't match up) to prove his predetermined conclusions.  The aggression by NATO against Libya is a given, and the role of NATO obvious (but from other sources than this writer and his disjointed quotes), but he does NOT support his headline claim.
